Dear Fellow Rotarians,

United in Crisis, Resilient in Action. 

September has been a profoundly impactful month for RID 3292, defined by our swift disaster response, educational milestones, and vibrant fellowship.

Following the devastating 26 August Bhote Koshi disaster, our District mobilized an immediate, multi-pronged response. We delivered urgent relief to severely impacted communities across Bidur (Nuwakot), Rasuwa, Dhading, and Lo Manthang, Mustang. Through extensive leadership field visits and high-level institutional partnerships, Rotary stood on the frontlines providing life-saving support. This solidarity was beautifully amplified during the Multi-District Meet “Lamhe” alongside RID 3120 and RID 3250, where fellow Rotarians pledged crucial aid for Nepal’s flood victims.

For Basic Education and Literacy Month, we achieved significant milestones. On 25 September, we hosted a district-wide seminar with 110 participants, honored by the presence of RI Director (2027–29) Basu Dev Golyan. We signed strategic MoUs with UNESCO, Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank, and Kutumba to advance literacy initiatives across Nepal. My deepest thanks to the organizing team for executing this flawless and inspiring event.

Our Vibrant Club Workshop successfully energized Regions 1, 2, and 3 with an overwhelming participation of 131 dedicated Rotarians. Furthermore, during my Official Club Visits to 18 clubs this September, I was absolutely overwhelmed by the vibrant energy, dedication, and passion you bring to your communities.

As we enter the vibrant festival season of Dashain and Tihar, let us carry forward this momentum. These celebrations, rich in joy and togetherness, remind us of the strength of unity and shared purpose. May they inspire us to deepen our service, foster goodwill, and strengthen the bonds within our Rotary family.
