Context and Rationale
In today’s world, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become an essential tool for improving the quality of education. However, many government schools face serious challenges in using ICT effectively. Teachers often lack proper training, schools have limited resources, and students miss the opportunity to learn with modern methods.
ICT training for teachers helps address these problems by equipping them with digital knowledge and teaching skills. Through such training, teachers learn to use computers, projectors, multimedia, and online resources to make classroom teaching more effective and interactive.

• Insufficient use of available ICT resources due to lack of skills.
Benefits of ICT Training for Teachers and Schools

• Lessons become more interactive, practical, and student-friendly.
• Students develop digital literacy and critical thinking skills.
• Schools can bridge the education gap between private and government institutions.
• Overall improvement in teaching quality and learning outcomes.
