Menstruation Health and Hygiene

Rotary Club of Biratnagar Central, in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Biratnagar Central, organized a Menstrual Health and Hygiene awareness program at Balika School for students of classes 9 and 10. The session aimed to educate young girls on menstrual hygiene practices, clear misconceptions, and promote open discussions on a topic often considered taboo. By providing accurate information and guidance, the initiative helped students gain confidence and awareness about managing menstrual health safely and responsibly.
