Project Description
The Rotary Club of Patan Durbar Square provided antiepileptic medicines for a period of six months to Ms. Binita Tamang, a 20-year-old female diagnosed with severe intellectual disability and seizure disorder. This support was extended in collaboration with the Self-Help Group for Cerebral Palsy to ensure continuity of essential treatment and to reduce the financial burden on her family.
Access to regular antiepileptic medication is crucial for seizure control, safety, and overall quality of life, especially for individuals with severe disabilities. Through this intervention, the club aimed to promote health, dignity, and long-term well-being.
