Project Description
Rotary Club of Patan, in collaboration with Heart Club Nepal, organized an Essay Competition on Heart Health and Community Service for students of its 24 RCP-PEEF supported schools at Tri-Padma School, Pulchowk, Lalitpur. Each school was invited to nominate two students from Grade 9 or Grade 10. A total of 37 students participated.
The project promoted awareness among students about heart health, healthy lifestyle choices, prevention of heart diseases, and the role of community service. Essays were collected using a code-number system for fair and confidential evaluation. Evaluation, results, certificates, and prizes will be completed in the next phase.
