Tree Plantation at Janapriya Secondary School, Hetauda-16

Rotary Club of Hetauda successfully conducted a tree plantation program at Janapriya Secondary School, Hetauda-16, Chisapani, where approximately 250 saplings of various fruit-bearing and medicinal plant species were planted. The program saw enthusiastic participation from 25 Rotary members, 15 Rotaractors, and approximately 165 school teachers and students. Participants worked together to plant the saplings across the school premises in the hope of creating a cleaner and greener school environment for tomorrow.
The School Management Committee Chair, Mr Mohan Bastakoti, expressed his gratefulness for choosing his school as a plantation site. He also committed to preserving the plants for sustainable protection of the environment for a better life ahead. Rotary Club of Hetauda also reaffirmed its commitment to continuously helping to enhance the green school project.
