Project Description
On 29 September 2026, during its World Heart Day programme, Rotary Club of Patan handed over a cheque for NPR 200,000 to District Governor Rtn. Vishnu Bahadur Karkee as a contribution to the District Disaster Relief Fund.
The contribution was made from funds raised through the Club’s wider flood relief and rehabilitation appeal, with support from members and other well-wishers.
Alongside its contribution to the District, the Club is continuing its fundraising efforts and plans to support targeted rehabilitation of flood-affected communities. In line with the Board’s earlier decision, this assistance will be developed in consultation with local government entities and based on identified community needs.
The Club gratefully acknowledges all contributors supporting these efforts.
