Mahila Mahotsab Health camp

Rotary Club of Dharan Foothills in collaboration with Indra Prastha Jestha Nagarik Samaj celebrated Mahila Mahotsab bringing together the community women of Panbari, Dharan 6 to commemorate the nearing Teej festival through their health checkup under Oral health, Eye check up and Gynae.consultation with technical and medical support from BPKIHS and Surya Eye care Center,Dharan. 183 women benefitted from this program. In addition HPV testing for cervical cancer screening was also performed for 50unscreened women through the support of Dharan Municipality . To mark the Education and Literacy month of Rotary ,awareness program on Menopause and Life style was conducted there by focusing on menopausal symptoms, its prevention and encouraging on exercise and healthy life style.
