One-Day Teachers' Training

A training program for teachers from different schools of Nayapati, covering Participatory Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement, Understanding School Culture, and AI for Educational Leaders. The sessions were designed to help teachers lead more collaboratively, strengthen the environment within their schools, and make practical use of new tools in education. By investing in teachers, the project invests in the future of our children, since what teachers learn reaches every student they teach.
