Project Description
A Warm Clothes Distribution Program was successfully organized jointly by the Rotary Club of Dillibazar, Rotaract Club of Dillibazar, Sahaj Foundation, and Rotaract Club of Kathmandu, targeting residents of Bagargaun, Roshigaun, and surrounding areas of Panauti Municipality, Kavrepalanchok District.
With the winter season gradually intensifying, the program was conducted with the humanitarian objective of protecting children, women, and elderly individuals from underprivileged and vulnerable communities against the cold. Under this initiative, approximately 300 kilograms of warm clothing were distributed to families in need.
The program witnessed encouraging participation from the local community, and the beneficiary families expressed their sincere gratitude to the organizing institutions. The organizers emphasized that such humanitarian and social service–oriented programs play a vital role in promoting compassion, solidarity, and a sense of humanity within society. They also reaffirmed their commitment to continuing similar service initiatives in the future for the welfare of marginalized communities.
