Project Description
To celebrate World Meditation Day, a full-day wellness and meditation program was successfully organized at Alfa Beta Complex, Baneshwor in collaboration with Samarthguru Sangh. The event focused on promoting mindfulness, emotional balance, and inner well-being among participants of all ages.
The response was overwhelming, with a huge number of participants attending throughout the day. All meditation sessions were fully booked, with an especially strong turnout from Teresa Academy, who participated in large numbers and helped make the event vibrant and engaging.Key Activities Conducted
Participants experienced a rich blend of guided practices, including:
🧘♂️ Mindful Gym — movement-based mindful relaxation
🕉 Vipashna Kirtan Dhyan — meditative chanting and awareness practices
🧠 Sessions focused on calm awareness, breath-work, and emotional grounding
These activities helped participants deepen their understanding of meditation while also experiencing its calming and centering effects firsthand.
