Project Description
The Rotary Club of Kathmandu organized “Project Jhola” at Shree Bal Shikshya Secondary School in Banke on 28 November 2025.
During the program, 75 students received school bags and essential stationery materials, helping them feel more prepared and supported in their learning. President Nominee Keshav Gyawali also attended the program, adding encouragement and support to the initiative.
This project is part of Rotary’s focus on Basic Education and Literacy. Programs like this are important because they reduce financial barriers for students, promote regular school attendance, and create a more positive and inclusive learning environment. By providing essential educational materials, the project helps children build confidence and stay motivated in their studies, contributing to their long-term academic growth and success. The project is worth of Nrs. 45,000.
