Project Description
To mark the commencement of the Rota Year 2025–2026, a Share and Care Camp was successfully organized on July 1st, 2025 by Rotary Club of Kavre Valley at Shree Dhaneshwor Mahadev Aadharbhut School in presence of Ward President, Panauti-5, Mr. Binod Khatri, Social worker Anirudra Thapa, School
Principal,Rotarians , Teachers bringing together a blend of humanitarian service and community engagement. The event was designed to reflect the core Rotary values of service above self, and it received enthusiastic participation from volunteers, healthcare professionals, and beneficiaries
Key Activities Conducted:
1. Stationery Distribution Drive:
o Essential learning materials including notebooks, pencils, erasers, sharpner were distributed.
o The distribution aimed to support education by ensuring that children had the basic tools necessary for their academic year.
2. Blood Grouping Camp:
o A free blood grouping and typing station was set up.
o More than 50 individuals from the local community availed the service, receiving their blood group cards for future medical reference.

4. Dental Screening:
o A team of volunteer dentists conducted dental checkups for children and adults.
o Around 40 students underwent screening, and necessary oral hygiene tips were shared, along with referrals for follow-up care if needed.
5. Blood Donation Program:
o In collaboration with a certified blood bank, a blood donation drive was held.
6. Outcome:
The camp not only provided immediate assistance and health screenings but also created awareness about hygiene, the importance of education, and voluntary blood donation. It served as a meaningful start to the Rota Year 2025–2026, embodying the spirit of compassion and service
