The Rotary Club of Butwal Chautari organized a heartfelt and meaningful program at Shankar Ma. Vi. in Suddhodhan Rural Municipality, Rupandehi, under its “Rotary with School” initiative. On this special day, the club embraced two bright young students -Angel Chapagain of Class 8 and Prasant Khanal of Class 7 -by adopting them and committing to support their education up to Grade 12 through the interest generated from the Endowment Fund, generously established by the club’s well-wishers. The program was honored by the presence of Principal Mr. Tank Poudel, Club Assigned AG Mr. Pradeep Udaya, Charter President Dr. Bishnu Ghimire, IPP Mr. Numendra Poudel, President-Elect Mr. Basudev Bhusal, other respected club members, fellow Rotarians, teachers, and around 150 enthusiastic students, and was smoothly conducted by Mr. Madhav Poudel. Along with the adoption, the club also handed over educational and sports materials to the school, bringing smiles to many young faces. The scholarship recipients expressed their sincere happiness and gratitude, making the moment truly emotional and memorable. The event beautifully reflected Rotary’s commitment to nurturing dreams, supporting education, and building a brighter future for the children and the community.
