Dear Fellow Rotarians,

Greetings!

Our mission extends far beyond producing a monthly newsletter. GML serves as a platform that informs, inspires, and connects every member of the Rotary family. Each edition is carefully crafted to reflect the essence of Rotary—highlighting stories of service, innovation, and compassion that demonstrate the strength, dedication, and unity of our community.
GML is more than a record of accomplishments; it is a testament to Rotary’s creativity, values, and commitment. Through its pages, we celebrate fellowship, nurture connections, and reinforce our shared purpose—to serve, to lead, and to leave a lasting impact. Every story and highlight embodies the Rotary spirit: purposeful service, fellowship in action, and the power of united humanity working for good.

November, observed as The Rotary Foundation Month, showcased the remarkable dedication of clubs across District 3292. Key highlights included The Rotary Foundation Seminar and Recognition Program on November 28, which honored outstanding service and acknowledged generous donor contributions, illustrating the Foundation’s transformative impact locally and globally. Clubs engaged in community development initiatives, vocational training, and local enterprise promotion, demonstrating Rotary’s focus on empowerment, self-reliance, and sustainable growth.

This issue also celebrated the achievements of clubs' humanitarian service activities around the district, district activities and the Rota Quiz, where participating clubs demonstrated knowledge, teamwork, and enthusiasm, reflecting the spirit of healthy competition and learning within our district.
We extend heartfelt gratitude to all Rotarians and donors whose continued engagement makes these accomplishments possible. May the spirit of The Rotary Foundation inspire hope, strengthen communities, and guide us toward a brighter, inclusive future—united in service and fellowship.

Yours in Rotary,

Rtn. Er. Bidur Timalsina
