Dear Fellow Rotarians,
At GML, we strive to create more than just a monthly newsletter; we aim to be a source of inspiration and connection for our Rotary community. Our mission is to bring you stories that uplift, ideas that spark creativity, and updates that keep you engaged with the incredible work happening across our district. Each edition is a reflection of our shared commitment to making a meaningful impact, and we take pride in curating content that resonates with the spirit of Rotary.
I'm pleased to share that in the months of July and August, 91 of our clubs contributed activities report. This is a testament to the vibrant and engaged community we have within RID3292. However, our goal is to feature articles from all 159 clubs in our district, ensuring that every voice is heard and every story shared.
In this issue, we've highlighted several key district events, including the Membership and Public Image Seminar, the "Developing Leadership in Rotary" program by the Women in Rotary Committee, the Dignified
Menstruation Talk and Reusable Pad- Making Training organized by the Girl Child Empowerment Committee, and the Website and Mobile Apps Management workshop for Zone I led by the Information Technology Committee. We're also excited to feature an insightful interview with RI 2023-2025 Director, Rtn. Anirudha Roychowdhury. Additionally, as part of our commitment to showcasing impactful initiatives, we've included coverage of a Global Grant project, continuing our goal to spotlight one such project in every issue.
Your continued support is invaluable. Please keep sharing your news, updates, articles, creative expressions, and experiences that cater to the discerning interests of our thoughtful audience. Together, we can continue to build a GML that truly reflects the spirit of Rotary. Thank you to the GML team for your continuous support and dedication.
Yours in Rotary Service,
Rtn Gautam Shrestha Chair, 2024-25
