Dear Fellow Rotarians,
I am truly moved by the incredible support and enthusiasm from clubs across all regions. Seeing your dedication through shared updates and activities fills me with gratitude and motivates me to move forward with a positive outlook. Your unwavering efforts allow me to showcase Rotary’s commendable work to the world.
As we continue spreading the ‘Magic of Rotary’ spirit, I am deeply touched by the numerous service projects initiated by clubs across the district. Rotarians, with their golden hearts, are making a real impact during these cold days—distributing warm clothes, supporting mental health initiatives, organizing region-wise quiz contests, and providing career and financial training to youth. Your efforts are truly commendable— keep up the fantastic work! Kudos to all! January, Vocational Service Month, has seen a series of impactful training sessions, equipping our communities with essential skills. Rotary’s philosophy of skill-sharing and collective growth is clearly in action, strengthening individuals and communities alike.
Meanwhile, preparations are in full swing for the 17th District Conference, set to take place
from March 21–23 in Lalitpur, with over 1,500 participants expected. My best wishes to the dedicated organizing team—I encourage all Rotarians to support this annual event through active participation.
Additionally, leadership preparations are well underway under DGE Binod Koirala, who is currently attending the Rotary International Assembly in the USA. Under his guidance,
the Train the Trainers program, Assistant Governor Learning Seminar, and District Team Learning Seminar were conducted with great enthusiasm. Wishing him continued success!
As we step into February, Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention Month, let us embrace
our role in fostering peace within our communities. Peacebuilding extends beyond resolving conflicts—it means promoting social harmony, supporting justice, and nurturing lasting collaborations. Let’s all be beacons of hope and champions of peace!
Together, we make a difference.
Yours in Rotary Service,
